 Caravan Description: 

Caravan holidays near Great Yarmouth. Three bedrooms, 6 berth PLATINUM GRADE HOLIDAY CARAVAN 2012. Swift Serenity CL 38 x 12. Rent our holiday static caravan in the beautiful broads of Norfolk. It is privately owned. Sited on Haven Holidays Hopton on Sea. Wifi in the reception area and entertainment centre. 9 hole golf course on site.

On your arrival arrival at the caravan will have been cleaned and the beds made up for you. How nice? However, although we supply linen for the beds, I am sorry we do not supply towels and t-towels.

The layout of the caravan is quite unique as the lounge is in the middle with double opening patio doors onto the veranda where you can comfortably sit and watch the world go by.

In the lounge there is a flat screen 32", wall mounted TV. DVD player, a SKY + box. However to use the SKY box you will need to bring your own card. The lounge also has a modern flame effect pebble electric fire.

At one end of the caravan there are two bedrooms with twin beds in each. They have a single wardrobe and cupboard space. In each of the bedrooms, there is a TV. In the connecting, small hallway, there is cupboard space for towels, beachwear or shoes.

The kitchen which is next to the lounge, is fully equipped with crockery and utensils. We also have a microwave, gas and electric hob, gas oven and grill. There is plenty of cupboard space and an integrated 'fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a small area where there are two small bar stools. Ideal for the kids to sit on to eat their meals. They will love it!

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. It has a double wardrobe and plenty of space next to and over the bed.

Iron and ironing board included. Full central heating and double glazed. This makes the caravan ideal for those "off peak" when you just want to relax for a few days in warmth and comfort.

There are considerable facilities on Hopton Holiday Village, itself.

If you wish to go offsite, there is Lowestoft, which is a traditional seaside location with lovely sandy beaches and also Gorleston. Great Yarmouth with it's pleasure beach and rides is a mere 5 miles (approx.) from Hopton. Don't forget the horse and dog racing at Great Yarmouth. Make a day and night of it.

Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive are within a short driving distance. These places guarantee a good family day out.

Onsite, Haven Holiday facilities include two swimming pools. Both heated. The indoor pool has a splash area and a flume. Great fun. Many other sporting activities are also offered including archery. However, you will need to purchase an entertainment pass to enter the entertainment centre where all these activities are located.

Crazy golf is offered in the entertainment centre but for the more experienced there is a Par 3 golf course on the Haven Holiday Site.

Outside the caravan, there is private hard standing for your car. There is also a patio and garden space at the rear of the caravan, for you to sit. Garden table and chairs are supplied.

Gas. The caravan has piped gas. No gas bottles running out and you having to run to reception to order more.

The best thing about our caravan is it's situation. We are less than one minute from the lovely sandy beach. Just what you need with children!

25% deposit to reserve your dates for the caravan. Payment in full 6 weeks before arrival.

Breakage deposit of £50 to be included in the final balance of your holiday. This will be

returned within 21 days if there isn’t any damage. Payment can be made by bank transfer

or cheque.
