 Caravan Description: 

2-bedroomed Platinum-rated Willerby Winchester caravan for hire, luxurious, home from home. WiFi .Caravan holiday in Great Yarmouth, Hopton on sea, East Anglia. The ultimate in luxury offering that home from home experience.  It is well equipped with patio doors, extra insulation and fully centrally heated and double-glazed throughout.

It is located on a prestige corner plot of the peaceful area of TROON, with a caravan to one side only and on the other side a large, secluded, garden and patio which attracts the sun all day.  It is enclosed by shrubs with a rustic picnic table and extra garden seating, ideal for dining al fresco or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with the added bonus of the beautiful Norfolk sunsets.  You will find basic things for your convenience, cleaning products, kitchen towels and hand soap.  There is a hardstanding for one car next to the caravan.

The caravan is in a safe location with a convenient footpath providing a 3-minute walk to the complex and access to the rest of the Park; there is no water nearby.  We have excellent cleaners which means you will find the caravan in a pristine condition on your arrival!  We are halfway between the golf course and the beach, very private and safe yet conveniently located to the shop, 9-hole golf course, direct access to the beach, entertainment centre, incorporating indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, bar, entertainment for all the family, access to sports facilities, eateries and much much more ......

Just a short drive away hire a boat on the Broads, visit theme parks, National Trust and places of interest, the zoo, Africa Alive, greyhound racing and horse racing to name but a few.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is stunning with attractive, subdued lighting and side lights should you wish to read in bed.  There is a king-sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with plenty of coat hangers and an en-suite with WC and handbasin with hand soap.

The twin-bedded room is cosy with 2 single beds, wardrobe and coat hangers, overhead storage, drawers and cupboards.

Duvets and pillows are provided but guests are required to supply their own bed linen, ie duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels.  There are protectors on all mattresses and pillows, which should not be removed on your departure.

BATHROOM

The modern, luxurious bathroom has a WC, hand basin, cabinet, shelves and large double shower cubicle with a power shower and hand soap for your use.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is ultra modern and well-equipped with a full-sized gas oven and hob, full-sized integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, full range of china, glasses and cutlery.  There are ample cupboards.

On the wall in the kitchen there is a fire extinguisher and a First Aid Box on top of the cupboard.

The caravan is fitted with working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

DINING AREA

The modern dining area is furnished with modern attractive display cabinets and cupboards and has a rectangular table with 6 dining chairs.

LOUNGE

The very spacious lounge is very stylish with patio doors; extra comfortable settees and a separate armchair.  There are designer soft furnishings, modern coffee table, modern plastic cladded ceilings with integral spotlights to add to the modern feel and for added warmth, a modern electric coal-effect fire.  Entertainment comprises of a 32" full HD TV integrated with Freeview. DVD player and DVDs for adults and children, radio, selection of toys and a vast selection of games and books.

OUTSIDE

There is a large, secluded patio area surrounded by shrubs, which is not overlooked by other caravans, there is a caravan to the other side only.  There is a rustic picnic table on the patio and extra garden chairs for the ultimate in al fresco dining and relaxation into the evening.  The patio attracts the sun all day and evening; an added bonus, the beautiful Norfolk sunsets which add to that romantic setting.

EXTRA INFORMATION

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking with the balance tpayable 6 weeks prior to the holiday.  Should you wish to book 2 consecutive weeks during the summer holidays, a 10% discount would be applicable.  A £100 refundable deposit is also required to cover any damage, losses or breakages to the caravan or its contents; provided there has been no damage, the £100 would be refunded immediately following the holiday.

We do not allow pets in the caravan and for health and safety reasons ask that you remove your outdoor shoes on entering the caravan.

Entertainment passes are not included in the prices quoted byt may be purchased on arrival at the Park.
