Bank details. Have these already set out so that you can email them or post them. Be aware that banks do intend abolishing cheque books so encourage your guests to pay
by bank transfer.

Take all their details.
Name and address of all the clients.
Ages of children under 10.
Telephone numbers.

Decisions on what you will allow or not allow
Smoking.
All female or male groups.
Pets. (other guest may have allergies) Potential damage to soft furnishings.
Groups of young people under the age of 21. Many parks will not allow this. Check this.

Will you provide linen?
Do your cleaners do washing? Most people are quite willing to bring their own linen.

Outside garden furniture
Always useful and appealing but where can you store it? Are you able to maintain it?
